Whether you're lifting heavy, grinding through a long workday, or chasing peak performance in every aspect of life, the right supplements can make all the difference. After years of experimentation, I’ve built a simple, effective supplement routine that boosts my energy, supports natural testosterone, and aids in both physical and mental recovery.

This is my personal supplement guide — split into four key parts of the day — along with the benefits of each.

🌅 Morning supplements (every day)

My day starts with foundational support: energy, hormone balance, and recovery priming.

1. Garden of Life MEAL

A plant-based protein shake packed with whole-food vitamins, minerals, fiber, and probiotics. It covers my breakfast and daily micronutrient needs in one go.

2. Creatine Monohydrate – 5g

One of the most researched supplements in the world. It supports:

  • Muscle growth and strength

  • Recovery after intense workouts

3. D-Ribose – 5g

An underrated sugar molecule that supports cellular ATP production — great for overall energy and heart health.

4. Alpha Elite Testosterone Booster

  • Ajuga Turkestanica Extract (200 mg): Promotes lean muscle growth and natural anabolic support
